Marist Service

As Christians we are called to be servants.

So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have set you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you. John 13:14-15

Service is a key element in being Catholic, being “Marist” and of being a member of the Marist Sisters’ College Woolwich community.

All students of the College are invited and encouraged to complete Marist Service.

Service opportunities include:

• Volunteering for the College;
• Participation in peer support activities;
• Participation in planning and preparing for liturgies and social justice events.

Students who complete prescribed hours in a year may be awarded the following:

• Bronze Marist Service Award
• Silver Marist Service Award
• Gold Marist Service Award
• Platinum Marist Service Award
