Congratulations to Clodagh O'Doherty (Year 12),

who was awarded ‘Young Citizen of the Year’ (2011) for Hunters Hill our at the Australia Day honours.

This prestigious award was presented to Clodagh by the Australia Day Ambassador,

Susie Moroney, and in the presence of Mayor Susan Hoopman.
Clodagh will have many duties and functions to attend this year in this role and

there is no doubt she will do so with grace and style.

The award acknowledges the many activities that she has been involved in,

both in school and in the wider community.

Our sincere congratulations.

 

It was also great to see our ex-student, Carlie Ikonomou, speaking about her experience as

Hunters Hill Sports person of the Year (2010).

MSCW was well represented at the awards.
